About the Painting
Slate Dapple stretches a blue-gray spotted horse and its ochre rider into a spare vertical rhythm. A broad black hat and a thin horizontal face line sit above bent arms, looping reins and a rust saddle blanket. Four long black horse legs reach into the muted olive ground. The minimal Western composition gives a study, entrance or living space a quiet, slightly surreal presence. Hand-painted to order in oils on canvas, it is offered in the sizes and framing options shown; individual brushwork and texture vary naturally.
Hand-Painted Quality & Process
Each work is painted by hand in oil on canvas. The artist builds color, brushwork, and surface texture by eye, so small variations are part of the handmade finish. Your finished painting may differ slightly from screen colors and product photography.
Shipping & Duties
Rolled in a sturdy tube and sent with tracking to Europe and the US. We pay the import duties, so there is nothing more to pay when it arrives.
