A Few Things To Know
How long will my painting take to arrive?
Estimated delivery is 20–31 business days from ordering, including production and transit. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Shipping includes tracking where carrier service is available.
If your order is time-sensitive, please contact service@realoilart.com before ordering and we will help confirm a realistic window.
How do I hang my painting once it arrives?
Framed and frameless paintings do not include hanging hardware or hooks. You will need to attach your own hanging hardware, or have a local framing shop install it for you.
If you purchase a rolled canvas, a local gallery or framing shop can stretch, frame, and install hanging hardware.
How do I pick the right artwork for my room?
For sofas, fireplaces, and open walls, we recommend medium or large paintings to create a stronger focal point. Aim for artwork around two-thirds the width of the furniture beneath it. If two sizes both fit your space, choose the larger one for more presence. Measure your wall and check the product's available sizes before ordering.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Return requests are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Realoilart covers return shipping when an item is damaged, lost, or incorrect. For eligible preference-based returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Approved refunds are processed after receipt and inspection. Contact service@realoilart.com before returning an item.
