About the Painting
Pastel Companions pairs two angular Western figures against a thickly worked ivory surface. A black bob frames the left figure beneath a pink and turquoise hat, while the right wears a broad ivory hat crossed by dark stripes. Dusty blue and muted pink V-shaped tops emerge from pale scraped foreground paint, leaving the hands and lower bodies naturally concealed within the original composition. Hand-painted to order in oils on canvas, it is offered in the sizes and framing options shown; individual brushwork and texture vary naturally.
Hand-Painted Quality & Process
Each work is painted by hand in oil on canvas. The artist builds color, brushwork, and surface texture by eye, so small variations are part of the handmade finish. Your finished painting may differ slightly from screen colors and product photography.
